Perpetua was merged into Flywheel as a tech product brand in September 2023, and as of 2024, Flywheel is a practice unit within Omnicom. As the Associate Director of Content Marketing across our eCommerce emerging segment, I oversaw the strategic content direction for several initiatives including blog and SEO, virtual events, speaking engagements, case studies, social media, public relations, podcasts, and video storytelling. During my time at Perpetua and Flywheel I’ve grown the content team from a single individual contributor role to a 7-person team. This includes:
Worked alongside the events team to conceptualize and launch Perpetua’s 200+ attendee, 3-city, global user conference “Growth Labs” sourcing industry speakers, promoting the event, building session agendas, and onsite social and video activations.
Created multi-faceted campaigns that distilled complex eCommerce concepts into digestible content.
Drove a 162% YoY increase in blog sessions accounting for over 10% of total web sessions up from 4.5%.
Strategized and launched Perpetua’s podcast “Growth Sessions” including speakers, topics, and go-to-market strategy with over 6000 downloads.
Oversaw social and video teams, establishing a brand presence online both organically and via paid ads.
Drove over 4000 net new leads from content-led initiatives (ebooks, reports, webinars, etc).

As the Director of Marketing, I oversaw a small team of designers and freelancers establishing a new brand identity, and building marketing strategies to drive leads and engage customers across channels like social, email, and web products. During my time at Berkeley, I oversaw the development and launch of a new brand website, the development of a new ecommerce tool, managed partner and agency relations, oversaw public relations and press coverage, and wrote or ghost-wrote all blog content. Across my 3 years I also:
Designed end-to-end customer engagement programs via email and customer success tools
Managed a large-scale product operations project with fulfillment, bank, and payment network partners, integrating all customer programs into new fulfillment databases
Strategized and wrote all lead generation content including infographics and downloadable reports

As part of a small, nimble team (total company of 14 members), I wear many hats. I oversee all marketing, with our core focus on thought leadership and co-marketing efforts with our primary partner, Amazon. This has included efforts across email, blog, social, video, podcast and events. Within my time at Gigi, I’ve:
Ghostwritten or collaborated with executive leaders on both our weekly newsletters and product release emails, driving a 44% increase in subscribers since re-launching in September, and an average open rate of 52%.
Owned all blog and social content, and wrote an award-winning submission for Amazon's annual Partner Awards in our first year of launch.
In May of 2025, I owned all website copy to align with the re-launch of our brand, transitioning from a traditional SaaS model to a vertical, agentic AI tool.
Owned all logistical and content efforts for past video, webinar, and podcast production, from booking speakers to planning content flow, drafting scripts, providing our editor with time-stamped cuts for social snippets, and all promotional copy.
Oversee all creative and logistical planning for our annual "Gigi House" activation during Amazon unBoxed, including merch, signage, promotional materials, and party planning (hiring musicians, bartenders, etc.).
Designed and implemented AI-powered marketing workflows, training LLMs on brand voice, messaging frameworks, and writing standards to accelerate content creation, streamline review processes, and improve content quality across the team.
